Join us at Oak Hill Cemetery in celebration of Historic Preservation Month!
Spend the afternoon wandering through the tombstones, and discover the final resting place for some of Evansville’s most noteworthy citizens. Participants will be tasked with locating historic graves, and the person(s) with the most found will win a prize!
*Registration is required. This event is weather permitting. Check our event and social media pages for a cancellation due to inclement weather. As a walking event, comfortable clothes and shoes are advised. Please read the "Venue Details" below for more information.
Participants will enter the cemetery through the Main Entrance off of Virginia Street. Upon entry, turn right towards the Veterans Plaza. We will meet at the Plaza to go over the rules, and have participants sign a waiver. At the end of the scavenger hunt, we will meet back at the Plaza to declare the winner!
