Make your very own talking feather and share in the re-telling of this Native American legend.
In Native American cultures, decisions are made by shared agreements. This requires listening to one another. One way to ensure listening is by creating a talking object, such as a stick, stone or seashell. These items are decorated with feathers, string and paints, and encourage listening and cooperation. Increase your own heart for listening and cooperation by sharing in the legend of the talking feather.
Due to the historic nature of the EVPL East, West, and Stringtown buildings, their meeting rooms are not fully ADA accessible. If you are interested in participating in a program that is not accessible, please contact that location to arrange alternate accommodations.
