Join us for this fun event celebrating the Total Solar Eclipse of 2024! Crafts, Storytime, science, and more! Learn about the sun and get ready for the eclipse!
Our SolarFest will have something for all ages to celebrate the Total Solar Eclipse that will happen on April 8, 2024. There will be an eclipse-themed Storytime, crafts, science activities, and a solar telescope for safe sun viewing. We’ll also have information about citizen science and making scientific observations on eclipse day.

Opened in the spring of 2003, EVPL Oaklyn is located on the corner of Oak Hill and Lynch Roads at 3001 Oaklyn Drive. Featuring a green roof that helps regulate the temperature of the building and provides a valuable space for a meadow, the building itself has received national attention and won multiple design awards. EVPL Oaklyn boasts open spaces, study rooms, public access computers, and a popular meeting room.
